  • 1 pot or saucepan
  • 1 pie tin


Preparation

  1. Prepare the pie crust and let rest at least 20 minutes.

  2. Make a classic Béchamel sauce or make the sauce in the microwave. Then remove the sauce from heat, add the egg and mix in the crumbled Roquefort

  3. Line a pastry tin with the pie crust and fill with the sauce mixture.
  4. Bake in the oven at 415°F (210°C) for 25 minutes.

  • Easy! Serve with a lightly seasoned salad since the quiche is rich
