Congratulations ! This is the good season to make this recipe!

Ingredients

Cookware

  • 1 pie mold
  • 1 bowl and a whisk
  • 1 small skillet

Preparation

  1. Put the eggs, flour, milk, grated cheese and salt into a bowl. Whisk together until you have a paste-like mixture with no lumps.
  2. Cut the bacon into cubes and sauté for a few minutes in a skillet without oil, then drain and add the diced bacon to your mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lightly buttered and floured pie mold.
  4. Cook at 425°F (220°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, checking every now and then.

Final Thoughts...

  • A very simple recipe with no dough to prepare!

Optional: you can also add a handful of sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
