Ingredients

Cookware

  • 1 pot
  • 1 pan or skillet

Preparation

  1. Wash the potatoes and place them in a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil, add salt and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Use the tip of a knife to poke the potatoes and check if they are done. Drain the potatoes.
  2. In a pan, sauté the potatoes in the oil and/or butter, with their skin on, adding the crushed garlic and finishing with the parsley. When they are a nicely browned, they're ready!

Final Thoughts...

  • Note: these potatoes make a nice side dish when served with grilled meats and a salad. One pound (500g) should be enough.
