  • One 8 x 1.5 inch (20 x 4cm) baking pan
  • 1 bowl


Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 464°F (240°C)
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour (210g) with the 5 whole eggs and the sugar (240g) and the teaspoon vanilla sugar

    Gradually add 1 liter of cold milk until you obtain a smooth mixture

  3. Cover the baking pan with a large layer of salted butter (35 g)? Add the pitted prunes (200g)

    and pour the mixture on top

  4. Place in the oven and cook for an hour : first 464°F (240°C) for 15 minutes then at 400°F (200°C)
  5. Remove from the oven and add the biutter (35g) cool on a wire rack (so that the bottom of the pie does not soften)
  6. Serve cold.
