Congratulations ! This is the good season to make this recipe!

Ingredients

Cookware

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 vegetable peeler
  • 1 food processor or a good knife!
  • 1 cloth
  • 1 large skillet

Preparation

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into very thin slices (or dice them). Rinse the potatoes and dry them in a clean cloth.
  2. Put the oil in a large skillet and brown the potato slices in hot oil for about 20 to 25 minutes. Finish by melting the butter on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Final Thoughts...

  • Simple but so good Smiley with a green salad

Variation: you can choose not to add butter when cooking and instead add some cream or butter to your plate when serving.
