  • 1 small saucepan
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 glass or mug


  1. Boil the water in a small saucepan.
  2. Put 1/2 teaspoon of honey (to taste) and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of preferred rum or fruit brandy in a glass.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup (120ml) of boiling water on top and add 1 slice of lemon.
  4. Drink while hot!
