  • One 11 inch pie dish (28 cm)


Preparation

  1. Prepare the puff pastry. Let rest then spread and line the pie plate with the pastry

  2. Preheat the oven to 415°F (210°C).
  3. Prepare the thick Bechamel sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over very low heat then add the flour, stirring constantly. Cook 2-3 minutes; do not let the mixture get sticky. Continue to stir and add the milk then the Parmesan. Take the saucepan off of the heat and add the ham, cut into small pieces, the egg yolks, and the goat cheese, roughly crumbled.
  4. Fill the puff pastry with the mixture.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes in the oven at 415°F (210°F).
