Ingredients

Cookware

  • 1 large salad bowl
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 small pot to boil eggs

Preparation

  1. Hard boil the eggs in a small saucepan of boiling water for 8 minutes or so, then peel them and cut into quarters

  2. To prepare the vegetables: Wash the lettuce and spin it. Rinse the tomatoes, dry them and cut into quarters. Wash the peppers and cut into strips. Cut the cucumber and slice the radishes

  3. Rub the garlic on the sides of the salad bowl and place the lettuce at the bottom. Add the tomato slices and salt and pepper as desired. Place the tuna flakes on top, then add the other vegetables: the peppers, onion, radishes, and cucumber. Garnish with anchovies, the quartered boiled eggs, olives, and chopped basil leaves

  4. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with olive oil and a little vinegar and mix!

Final Thoughts...

  • One of the best summer salads! And it's good for your health!
