Congratulations ! This is the good season to make this recipe!

Ingredients

Cookware

  • George Foreman grill
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 juice press
  • 1 pastry brush

Preparation

  1. Rinse the fish with water. Marinate for a few minutes in a mixture of 2 tablespoons oil, the lemon juice from half of one lemon, thyme and crumbled bay leaves. Drain

  2. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes. Check for doneness by piercing the skin to see if it pulls away easily. Put a small piece of salted butter on the salmon steaks and spread the butter with a brush as it melts. Garnish with lettuce and a halved lemon. Serve hot.

  3. Variation: Instead of butter, you can use anchovy cream.

  4. For a "heavier" version, the salmon can be served with mashed potatoes and/or green beans ;-)
