Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180° C)
- Grate the carrots
- At the bottom of a baking dish, spread the grated carrots with the juice from the lemon. Lay the fish fillets on top and drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Arrange a bed of carrots on each plate, then place a piece of fish on top.
- Sprinkle with the basil and serve immediately.
