  • 1 small container with a lid


Preparation

  1. Squeeze the lemon to obtain the juice
  2. Measure out all ingredients and pour into a container with a lid. Shake until you have a well blended dressing.

  • Use: a lemon dressing with an olive oil base which gives a very interesting sweetness in summer salads
