Ingredients

Cookware

  • 1 vegetable peeler
  • 1 large pot
  • 1 bowl

Preparation

  1. To prepare the asparagus [/ links]: use a vegetable peeler to peel the asparagus, starting from the tip (but leaving the tip intact). Remove the tough ends and carefully wash the asparagus to remove any dirt. Cook the asparagus in a large pot of boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain immediately after cooking.
  2. For the yogurt sauce: mix the yogurt with the mustard to obtain a smooth cream, then add the vinegar, salt, pepper, pinch of nutmeg (optional) and chopped herbs.
