Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf pan (10 inches/25 cm) and parchment paper
  • 1 skillet
  • 1 bowl


Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cut the zucchini into slices. In a skillet, brown the slices in olive oil then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the flour and yeast. Slowly mix in the oil and the warmed milk. Add the grated cheese, zucchini and goat cheese, cut into pieces, and the chopped chervil. Salt and pepper then mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake about 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  5. Let cool before unmolding it.
