Ingredients

Cookware

  • 1 juice press
  • 1 pan/skillet

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas. Squeeze the orange to obtain the juice and rinse the raisins

  2. Put the butter in a pan and brown the bananas, that can be cut in 2, over low heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Then sprinkle with sugar and add the raisins, orange juice and the vanilla packet, and simmer for 5 minutes

  3. Once the five minutes has passed, pour the rum into the pan and ignite with a match; make sure to turn the pan so that the alcohol burns off completely and serve immediately.

Final Thoughts...

  • A quick dessert to prepare at the last minute! Bananas are at their best from October to January Smiley
