Ingredients
- 2 lbs (1kg) potatoes
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons (30g) fresh butter
- Parsley

1 vegetable peeler

1 food processor or a good knife!

1 large skillet
Preparation
- Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into very thin slices (or dice them). Rinse the potatoes and dry them in a clean cloth.
- Put the oil in a large skillet and brown the potato slices in hot oil for about 20 to 25 minutes. Finish by melting the butter on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Variation: you can choose not to add butter when cooking and instead add some cream or butter to your plate when serving.
