Goat cheese (the equivalent of half a log of cheese)
About 3.5 ounces (100 g) ham
1 cup (110g) grated cheese (Parmesan or Gruyère)
2 egg yolks

Preparation
Prepare the puff pastry. Let rest then spread and line the pie plate with the pastry
Preheat the oven to 415°F (210°C).
Prepare the thick Bechamel sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over very low heat then add the flour, stirring constantly. Cook 2-3 minutes; do not let the mixture get sticky. Continue to stir and add the milk then the Parmesan. Take the saucepan off of the heat and add the ham, cut into small pieces, the egg yolks, and the goat cheese, roughly crumbled.
