Ingredients
- Pie crust for quiche:
- 1 and a half cups (200 g) flour
- 1/2 cup (100 g) butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- Béchamel Sauce
- 1/4 cup (30 g) flour
- 1/8 cup (30 g) butter
- 1 cup (1/4 liter) of milk
- 5 ounces (150 g) Roquefort
- 1 egg

- 1 pot or saucepan

Preparation
- Prepare the pie crust and let rest at least 20 minutes.
- Make a classic Béchamel sauce or make the sauce in the microwave. Then remove the sauce from heat, add the egg and mix in the crumbled Roquefort
- Line a pastry tin with the pie crust and fill with the sauce mixture.
- Bake in the oven at 415°F (210°C) for 25 minutes.
