- Slightly stale bread (1/2 baguette)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (210°C)
- Cut the bread into croutons. Put the croutons in an oven-proof dish with a little olive oil and one minced garlic clove and mix together
- Put in the oven for 5 minutes, keeping an eye on the coloring of the croutons. Then stir and put in the oven for 5 more minutes until nicely browned.
