  1. Remove the stems from the green beans and wash them. Cook in a large pot of salted boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes then drain


  2. Meanwhile, cook the eggs for about 10 minutes in another pot of water and peel them



  3. Prepare the vinaigrette in a bowl


  4. Add the chopped boiled eggs

    and the green beans. Mix, adjusting the seasoning as needed. Crush the garlic clove and add to the mixture then garnish with finely chopped parsley.
