Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 2 cups (1/2 l) whole milk
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons (10g) butter for the dish

Preparation
- Wash and peel the potatoes then cut into thin slices (about an 1/8 inch).
