Ingredients
4 fish fillets
4 carrots
1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped basil
Salt, pepper
Cookware
1 grater
1 juice press
1 baking dish
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (180° C)
Grate the carrots
At the bottom of a baking dish, spread the grated carrots with the juice from the lemon. Lay the fish fillets on top and drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste
Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
Arrange a bed of carrots on each plate, then place a piece of fish on top.
