- 2/3 cup (150ml) olive oil 
 - 2 tablespoons grainy mustard 
 - 1 lemon (4 tablespoons lemon juice) 
 - 4 tablespoons liquid honey 
 - Salt, pepper

Preparation
- Squeeze the lemon to obtain the juice
 - Measure out all ingredients and pour into a container with a lid. Shake until you have a well blended dressing.
