Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk (1/2 L)
- 3/4 cup (100g) flour
- 1 cup (100g) grated cheese (gruyère or swiss)
- About 5 oz (150g) bacon
- Salt

Preparation
- Put the eggs, flour, milk, grated cheese and salt into a bowl. Whisk together until you have a paste-like mixture with no lumps.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and sauté for a few minutes in a skillet without oil, then drain and add the diced bacon to your mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly buttered and floured pie mold.
- Cook at 425°F (220°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, checking every now and then.

Optional: you can also add a handful of sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
